We are a covid safe bakery and are continuing to bake throughout the NSW lockdowns. We have a safety plan in place to keep the wellbeing of our staff and visitors a priority. We uphold current Food safety certificates as well as NSW Government 'Covid-19 awareness for food service'. Please reach out if you wish to receive a copy of our Covid Safety Plan.

Returns Policy
As we are a custom food product we do not accept returns. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please email us at hello@monogramcookies.com.au.  A refund will be issued if a mistake has been made on our behalf.


Terms of Service
Monogram Cookies reserves the right to not accept an order if we are unable to satisfy customer needs. Being a handmade product there may be a slight imperfection during the stamping process. Colours and designs will be matched as close as possible from our ‘Design your own’ and ‘Designed for you’ range. Edible image cookies may differ in colour as they are printed onto edible icing sheets. Our marble fondant is also hand kneaded and every cookie will display a different marbled effect. 50% of all invoices are non refundable. Please note, if invoice due date has surpassed orders may not be fulfilled. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please email us at hello@monogramcookies.com.au. Monogram Cookies is a registered food business within The City of Canada Bay council and has all the required certificates and insurances.


Shipping Policy
Monogram Cookies offers express shipping Australia wide Mon – Fri. Once we have dispatched your order a tracking number will be emailed to you. We take no responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses given. If a parcel is returned to Monogram Cookies, a re-delivery fee will be issued. Monogram Cookies takes no responsibility for lost/stolen or damaged cookies however please contact us on hello@monogramcookies.com.au if an issue is to occur.

Australia Post Statement Extended lockdowns across our most populous states mean record numbers of people are shopping online. This has caused an unprecedented surge in parcel deliveries.We’ve been affected by temporary facility closures and on any given day have around 500 of our people in precautionary self-isolation in accordance with state regulations.Fewer passenger flights means we have less air freight capacity. Many domestic and international routes are currently suspended, and remaining routes have much lower frequencies.
