Refund policy

Monogram cookies are a handmade product so there may be a slight imperfection during the stamping process. Colours and designs will be matched as close as possible from our ‘Design your own’ and ‘Designed for you’ range. Edible image cookies may differ in colour as they are printed onto edible icing sheets. Our marble fondant is also hand kneaded and every cookie will display a different marbled effect.  All prices shown on our website include GST. 50% of all invoices are non refundable.
